LB4 Sport is committed to providing quality products and apparel, on time, every time. Our diligent artwork approval process provides our customers the opportunity to view and modify their designs prior being manufactured.
All customers are required to sign and date the approval of their artwork and agree to the terms & conditions of purchasing from LB4 Sport. This is an essential requirement when manufacturing custom made garments.
If it is found that LB4 Sport has supplied your customised product incorrectly, outside of the industry acceptable standards, we will replace your garments or agree to a suitable outcome that satisfies the customer’s need.
No Claims will be accepted after 7 days from the delivery date.
If a product is received that is deemed to be faulty or not perform to the expected level it was manufactured to execute, please contact LB4 Sport for assessment of the product. Once inspected, the outcome will be communicated with you and if found to be faulty, we will replace the product.
All goods and products remain the property of LB4 Sport until full payment has been received.
